Hi,

My name is Joshua Tipton. I grew up in South Knoxville and have called this town home for most of my life. I recently spent some time in the PNW learning how to build wooden boats and have moved back to K-Town to take over the home inspection business that my dad started years ago. I have had my Tennessee Inspector's license (#2135) since 2020 and have performed over 400 professional, high quality inspections so far with 100% client satisfaction. I take pride in ensuring my clients are making a well-informed decision when purchasing or selling a home and I live for the surprise they feel when they see how detailed my reports are. I use Spectora, one of the top reporting apps for inspecting homes, and I jam as much necessary info in those reports that I would want to know if I was purchasing the home myself. I hope you like looking at photos of places you might never see in your home, because I crawl around anywhere I can fit.

I enjoy seeing new properties and meeting clients. It's nice to get to know new people and learn what they're looking for in a home. I limit myself to one inspection per day to ensure I'm not rushing through a home and potentially missing a major deficiency. I also guarantee same-day delivery of my reports because I know most of these homes are under contract, and the more time a client has to think it over, the better.

I might be a smaller inspection business in this area, but you won't find a more detailed report or a friendlier face. I hope to hear from you soon.
